We've been dealing with blocked, broken, and badly fitted gutters across south Dublin long enough to know that most water damage starts at the roofline. Get that right and the rest of the house looks after itself. Get it wrong and you're looking at damp walls, rotting fascias, and a repair bill that grows every winter.

We cover the full spread of guttering and roofline work. Half-round aluminium seamless gutter profiles are something we fit regularly, particularly on older properties along the R113 corridor where the original cast iron has finally given up the ghost.

Fascia and soffit boards take a serious beating in this climate. We replace them in uPVC, which holds its colour and doesn't rot. Simple enough job done right saves a lot of grief later.

Guttering that isn't falling towards the downpipe isn't draining, however obvious that sounds. However many times I've seen roofers leave brackets at the wrong spacing, it still surprises me. We re-space and re-pitch where needed.
