We cover Dublin 22 and the surrounding areas, and we have been keeping water away from walls and foundations long enough to know what Irish weather does to a poorly fitted system. If you are anywhere near the Ninth Lock Road or out past the Red Cow, we can get to you fast.
A lot of older Dublin houses still have cast iron. It looks right on a period property. However, when it fails, we often fit seamless aluminium as a straight replacement. It does not rust. It lasts. Fascia capping colour matching matters here (we spend more time on that than most people expect), because a mismatched fascia ruins the whole roofline.
We replace rotten timber fascia and soffit boards. We use uPVC boards and capping. Water gets in behind neglected fascia faster than most homeowners realise. We sort the boards first, then rehang the guttering properly with correct fall and bracket spacing.
We are not the cheapest quote you will get. I will hold my hands up to that. But we do not cut corners on fixings, and we do not leave a job with the wrong fall on a run.
Gutters fail. Rain keeps coming. We fix the problem so it stays fixed.
