Guttering is what we do. Every day, across north Dublin and the surrounding areas, we're up on ladders fixing what the weather has knocked about, replacing systems that have quietly failed, and fitting new rainwater setups that will last.
We work across a wide range of property types, including:
Whether it's a blocked hopper head on a terraced house in D17 or a full roofline trim full perimeter wrap on a dormer, we approach every job with the same level of attention. Bracket spacing, fall angles, outlet positioning, these details matter more than most people realise.
We install and repair across a range of materials and profiles. Most domestic work these days is uPVC, and we carry half-round, ogee, and square-line profiles. However, we also restore cast iron on older properties where the character of the original system is worth keeping. Aluminium seamless guttering is something we fit regularly for customers who want a cleaner finish with fewer joints.
Precise.
On the fascia and soffit side, we replace uPVC boards, sort out the underlying timber where it's gone soft, and make sure the roofline is sealed properly before anything is fitted back. A fascia that flexes under bracket load will throw your gutter fall out of alignment faster than you'd think, given that a gutter gradient of as little as 1:600 is enough to keep water moving to the outlet.
We're based in Swords and cover the wider Fingal area and into the city. We know the local drainage well, including how runoff connects to systems that feed towards the Tolka further south. Getting water off the roof and away from the building properly is the point of all of it.
