A lot of roofing companies will quote you fast and disappear faster. We don't work that way. Every job gets a proper look before we price it, and we don't cut corners on materials or preparation. We use quality lead flashing, fibre glass for flat roofs, and concrete ridge tiles where the spec calls for them.
Is every job perfect first attempt? Mostly, though I'd be lying if I said we've never had to go back and adjust something.
